The Art of Hospitality course is a cutting-edge short course that will provide you with essential knowledge, skills and experience needed to excel in front of house service and event management.

The course combines industry insights, practical training and a wide comprehension of the different components that make up the role of front of house manager, hospitality manager, wedding planner and event management. Participants will also gain Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) in the SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management. Our holistic training approach will provide participants an insight into the hospitality industry from an employees and business owners perspective.

The content will touch on the industry history and standards; and engage students in real life scenarios. The course will address the importance of all key aspects of hospitality and the impact it has on the success of a business. Students will be required to sit a practical exam which includes the students serving in a live restaurant and organising an event.
